Gene Fondren Gene Fondren knows the chaos that sexual addiction brings. His personal struggle with sexual addiction led to devastating consequences. But through grace, God brought good men into his life who taught him how to live in purity. As a result, Gene founded Freedom in Grace Ministry to help other men break free from sexual addiction.

Experience is a powerful teacher. And Gene has been in the trenches. He knows the ups and downs of recovery. He understands the hurts, guilt and shame that comes with the addiction. But he also knows the joy and freedom that recovery brings. He knows that life can begin again, no matter how deeply you've fallen from grace.
Conquering sexual addiction
In addition to his own recovery process, Gene has been trained by three of the leading experts in the field: Doctors Mark Laaser, Doug Weiss, and Ted Roberts. Also, Gene and the FIGM leadership team frequently attend conferences and seminars to keep up-to-date with the latest research and recovery techniques.

Gene gives speeches to inform people about the dangers of pornography. He has spoken in many places, from churches to college classrooms. This passion to see men in freedom has fueled the effort needed to lead dozens of men into healthy productive lives. Let Gene and the Freedom in Grace Ministry Team help you.

So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God's law, but in the sinful nature a slave to the law of sin. - the Apostle Paul (Romans 7:21-25)

Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God this is your spiritual act of worship. (Romans 12:1)
